From as long as I can remember this sheet metal barn has been down the road from me. A local car dealership use to own it but has now gone out of business and has become abandon. Here is a photo I took today of it. Enjoy!

night time
Last night was a fairly boring night here in Markdale. So, Shane and I went for a walk around town and I snapped off a couple pictures. Here is one of the baseball diamond and of the main street. Enjoy!

sunday skating
On Sunday night I went to Thornbury skate park for an evening skate session with John, Dave, Dylan, Matt, and Kyle. Didn't do too much filming or photos but here is a short time lapse of the mini ramp and a couple pictures. Enjoy!
barracks
Last Saturday John and I went down to London for a friends birthday. While we were in London we hit up a freshly new skatepark that was added onto last fall, The Barracks. With about 50 kids skating, bmx, and running around it was hard to get any photos without other people in it. So, here is panorama of the new park and a bail photo from the day that I quite like, looks like John's have way into the robot and his board is almost perfect standing on its tail. Enjoy!

sunset
Driving home last night the sun and clouds were looking very appealing. So, I shot of a couple photos. Enjoy!
driftin'
While Eugene and I were doing some fishing, we also did a little bit of drifting. Here is a short edit I made of some gravel road drifting in the Beaver Valley. Enjoy!
fishin'
Eugene and I went and did some fishing yesterday in the Grey County area. First stop was in Meaford were they have huge size rainbow trout and carp swimming back and forth but they barely like to take the bait, stubborn bastards. When we showed up there was an older man fishing with a compound bow and had a reel attached to pull the fish back in, the whole set-up looked pretty cool until he left and the cops showed up saying that what he was doing is highly illegal. We left Meaford and headed towards the top of Blue Mountain to an old abandon fishery, where we found there are still fish in the little lakes. After a half hour or so, Eugene caught a decent size speckled trout. Here is a picture of it and a photo I took just driving down the road, both taken with the GoPro. Enjoy!

more mini
On Monday night John and I went over to a local skatepark in Thornbury to try and get some cool lighting shots with my flash. On the way there it looked like it may rain but the weather held over with just overcast skies. Here are a couple shots from the night. Enjoy!

batman
While Adam and I where on our way to his girlfriends horse competition, posted below this post, we spotted the one and only Batmobile. I couldn't believe my eyes that this was right here in a local town of Shelburne. The detail and work that went into building this vehicle is magnificent. We had to pull over to check it out. Amongst all the other people snapping pictures and posing beside it I managed to get a couple photos myself and a short video of the incredible Batmobile. Enjoy!
layniee
This Sunday I went to Layniee Farms where a friend of mine, Jess, was competing in a schooling show for english riding. She rides out of Greys On Grass, located south of Markdale on highway 10. This was her first competition back from being injured two years ago. She rode strong and did very well, earning six first place and two champion ribbons. Here are some photos from the day. Enjoy!

Jess and In The Making competing in the flat part of the competition.
Even with the grey skies most of the day I was able to bring out the vibrant colours of the horses coats.
With a fall two years that left her side lined and away from the jumping world, Jess is back at it and doing better then ever.
Receiving one of her many first place ribbons.

magazine ad
On Monday John and I went to the Orangeville Skatepark for a couple hours. John had seen this ad for a company where the skater is scoping the obstacle and then the skater hitting it. We thought it was a cool idea to try and copy, here is our take on a magazine ad for Get Some Clothing and Josh Macdonald Photography. Enjoy!

first lap
This past weekend was Round 2 of the CMRC Provincial series in Southwestern Ontario at Motopark. A good friend of mine and professional motocross rider, Zeb Dennis, let me strap my GoPro to his head for his MX1 Pro motos. Here is a little sneak peak of the action. Photo report coming soon... Enjoy!

storm
Last Saturday I woke up to a big storm coming through the Grey County region. With gale force winds and heavy rain it was able to bring down a 40 foot maple tree across the road from my house. Luckily there was no damaged done other then one downed hydro line. I actually heard the snap and witnessed the fall, here are a couple pictures of the carnage.
